Celebrating the Tn’s 20th birthday in 2018, this unique addition to the Air Max dynasty really does stand out against its counterparts. Designed by Sean McDowell, he constructed the upper out of a TPU welded overlay and mesh. This all sits atop of the iconic Air Unit that contains 4 separate Air bubbles. Finished off perfectly with the Tn Air logo in a bright yellow on the heel counter.Over the years we have seen famous colourways such as the Tiger, premium iterations by NikeLab and hybrids such as the Air Max Plus/97.This is an instantly recognisable trainer due to the TPU Stripes. This piece of sneaker history seemed inconceivable at the time due to limitations in technology. Yet, 20 years on this shoe is still being constructed in the same way and looks just as good.
